Description: The fund was established in 2009 to take advantage of opportunities that were presented out of the Global Financial Crisis. The fund’s primary focus was in the prime residential districts of 1, 9, 10 and 11 in Singapore, where it acquired both completed and “under-construction” apartment units.
 
Objective: To provide investors with high capital growth over a three to five year investment timeframe by riding on the recovery of the economy.
